This charming urban landscape is by an unknown artist whose name is probably Robert Boyle instead of Robret Boyle. It might be the work of a talented schoolboy who simply misspelled his own name or it could be an outsider artist with a touch of dyslexia.

The bright colors of the buildings to the right compliment each other while the gray of the trash cans answers the building to the left. The green telephone pole is a quirky and intriguing touch.
